bonus payments are paid out to the scum. we have the crumbs but what we are all missing is the main object and that is
royal mail is just getting us ready to be sold then we will all suffer

if it goes private watch all the allowances vanish, they will take adavantage of high unemployment, postmen many have to reapply for jobs, cuts are made, so you work harder to give the managers bonuses.
Unfortunately, the conditions are very good for an unskilled job, esp in London over £400 a week.
royal mail would have everyone on part time contracts, lower sick and holiday pay.

Better than a kick in the teeth. For an unskilled job "yes" it is good to get a bonus, but wouldn't you say that the managers are unskilled in their job but take home a better bonus.

Do they deserve the amount that was given to them eerrrrrrr NO. Moya the managers keep on telling us that we need to cut back, modernise and make a healthy profit for what? Royal mail are great on contridicting themselves

Just read recently that 4000 jobs are now gone, does this include any managers out there i wonder. A big cull needs for royal mail to make a healthy profit like they made over 10 years ago.
