Should unofficial redirection of DSA be surcharged?

We get some which comes from the MC in the surcharge bags but a lot is just in the normal mail. So should it be surcharged or not?

I ve said for a number years that all unofficial redirections should be surchared as it makes mockery of the redirection service.

Sadly we cont to deliver them regardless.

and badly wrapped item repair should get surcharged as well, probably well over 90% of damaged packets is due to crap packing

* Not taping down the ends when needed
* trying to jam too much in a jiffy bag
* putting a heavy item in a flimsy envelope or brown paper

Agreed for DSA, but surcharge any of the TNT West London end to end delivery that ends up in our system for redirection.

Yeah it's the anti fraud one. I get about 20 unofficial redirections each day, takes no time at all to put a sticker on each one. Never no it might scare someone into getting a redirection which is more revenue for us.

It's almost impossible here to find a redirection bag, damaged bag, laggy band, dog sticker or spare 739 cards so they'll never give us some new stickers!
