New walks and getting IPS tested

We are about two weeks into our new review with a major overhaul to walks the overheads in place aren't even correct..Yet the management still insist on testing folk ....Whats the offical line when it comes to a IPS sorting test,.....Anyone thanks

This beggars belief. What do they hope to prove - that you're not yet up to speed on the IPS for the new walks?
Hardly surprising given that it's only been operating for 2 weeks.

Go along with them, then tell them that the entire office needs retraining. Who will look like idiots then?

We've been in our revision for almost a year now and we're still hopeless at sorting. We never had any training as the area manager said we don't use the time properly to learn the cards, more like he's trying to save a few quid

Remember IPS test is about how many items you sort NOT ACCURACY.
