Had a look at othe topics of the same vain but none answered the question i'm looking for.
So we had a WTL session dim says this is a national agreement issue and had to vote on two options,first is 1 in 6 saturdays off for everyone and a 4.00 span FT employment maintained, the other option is 1 in 4 Saturdays off and 4.00 span for FT duties on a rotation only, FT employment reduces by 3 jobs. Sounds like a shafting either way and we were told the union agreed to this and it's being rolled out in every office. Some advice please we have to vote and hand back in a week.

What a load of rubbish. I have got 1 in 4 for those who wanted it and the rest staying on 1 in 6. If you dont take the chance of the 1 in 4 at your next revision i can assure you RM wont ever offer you it again. We had done about 5 options for members to vote on with a different mix of ft/pt, 1 in 4's, 1 in 6's, 4 day weeks for PT's and 3 day PT cover. There are load of options you can explore and come up with.
