New Dom

Hi all,

have posted before but I`ve decided to change my username, email etc (paranoia!).

On the rumour mill at our D.O (somewhere in the midlands area) we are about to get a new dom, this person has been wandering around for a few days.
Was in the office today (less info the better), sat there for about 10 mins listening to how this person interacted with line managers, not nastily, but think javier Bardem in "no country for old men". No compassion, no soul and utterly dedicated to the job. Not someone I would want to cross. Not often I get a bad feeling about someone but this was off the scale.
Any info? Am I right? Female, very small and slim (4`9 or so) blond, maybe 40 ish.

Not much to go on, and am loathe to say anymore.

We got a new DM recently in much the same scenario but actually he's alright. He doesn't stand up to the old timers enough is my only gripe but I have found him pleasant to deal with in general.

She is a `pod person`as alot of Royal Mail managers are.
Have you never noticed how they all seem so familiar to so many people?
Thats why they all wear the same cheap shirts and you can spot them a mile off in any Courier photo's.
And it's ok I wouldn't say anymore in case `they` visit you at home.
