Interesting to see Ricky McAulay back in a regional position as Process & Collections Director for the East.

It must be difficult for Paul Kelly who was basically the "head" of Royal Mail in Scotland to now find himself sharing that role with Gerry McAuley, the former lead DSM from Glasgow who i assume will split Scotland between them with Gary Milne and "To be determined" dealing with the North of England.

You only have to ask yourselves one question, and one question only.
Does that list of reptiles appointed to regional directorships, errrr, give me hope for a sound future in this blighted company, one of the most badly managed I've ever seen in my entire working life?

I think Gerry will let Paul have Isle of Barra.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
