I know, odd subject, but I'm finding it difficult to obtain socks that don't need replacing after less than a month. Obviously, buying cheap is a false economy as I find I'm replacing them so often.

So, what's the secret? Where do you buy your socks? How long do they last?

Or am I the only one who has this problem?

My socks wear out too, I use 2 pairs now which seems to help, one thin pair and a thick pair over that.

Only if your toes are poking through, personally my heels wear away first.

got some of these and they are wicked, they are reinforced with somethink on the toes and heel.

My mam bought be some hiking/walking socks. They do the job for me, nice and comfy and don't wear out. They don't get too hot either.

Ski tube socks! I swear by them and wear them in summer too. They absorb the sweat, and keep your feet cool in the summer, but warm in winter, and they last!
Also wash every day of course, and if you have atheletes foot, be sure to treat as it tends to rot the socks!

and please note, I don't wear one pair of socks for a week at a time! I change my socks twice, sometimes three times a day.

Off to the sock shop I go...
