had a round for 11 years and was asked to do another delivery for a month so new entrants could get the hang off the job ,two months later i have lost my round and shafted on a round which i only just about managed to complete in time ,next thing i get is loads more work added which staff said would make it impossible to complete in time but they did it anyway .last week i worked through lunch break to clear round and booked excess, couldnt believe this week in wages i got 10 mins excess ,so today took my break and for only the 2nd time in 15 years i cut off and thats the way its going to be now,not happy cutting off but what else can you do.

Firstly request that you are put back on the duty that you signed for. If this is not forthcoming report the matter to your local rep.

In the meantime, start on time, take your meal breaks, follow SSOW, use correct 'Tools for the Job', work at a good rate (75Bs), take you RA% as required .... In a nutshell only do what can reasonably be expected and finish on time if you wish to (Cut Off As Req'd).

Document any 'undue pressure' or B&H by managers and keep your local rep in the picture.

didnt bother ,i know the answer,you cant book overtime in your meal break ,just told line manager thats the last time i am doing anything like that again

that is the biggest load of bovine excrament i have heard from a manager
