i'm on a 24 hour 3 monthly contract, how does it work with my holiday pay? if i dont take any will they automatically pay me for it at a certain point in the year?

No you might lose it, or in the more likely case you will be allowed to carry it over to the next year and use it then.

Most office will allow you to carry over about 5 > 10 days.

I currently have around 9 days on my holiday card from the previous holiday year, I am due to leave RM, but am hoping they may pay me these days, will phone HR.

Sorry no help from me as I also don't know but should. Wanted to add it's not a dumb question. Where are you going to find this information from within RM? If there's no employment procedure conversation with the company you're working for what else can you do but ask on a random forum.

Thanks! i'll make sure to keep an eye on what holiday entitlement i have then, when does the year end? is it with the tax year or calender year?
i could ask my managers but really they look like they've got enought stuff keeping them busy without all my questions, don't want to be harassing them with my ramblings haha
