Can service with Parcelforce be added to Royal Mail service for the purposes of annual leave entitlement calculation? I know that combining split service with Royal Mail is allowed but I worked for Parcelforce in-between working for RM. I didn't go straight from RM to PF though or vice versa as I worked elsewhere. If so my total service is nearly 15 years so it would make a difference.
