Happened Monday morning, lasted an hour and a half. All due to management conduct and changeover bonus issues.

We knew about the PSP issue, this was happening well before that problem though which is the reason staff were disgruntled.

Too early to say but from the last two days since the walkout attitudes in the office definitely have changed on both sides, and the problems that were brewing have been discussed. A big problem was an issue with the hand-back procedure and staff feeling extra pressure due to management conduct, hopefully this will be fully addressed ASAP.

Finally, a DO has had the balls to stand up to bullying management. If only the CWU had the spine to actually take RM to task on this issue, and also on the OT issue. I have not had my overtime payed for last week either, and the cheeky fu*kers tried to put me on a 37 hour duty this week, I refused and said I only want to work my time, I got kicked to spare, and have been used around the office doing odd jobs here and there, and have been told that there is no space for me in the office and next week I am getting loaned out, and that this will be the case until my contract expires in a couple of months. This is bullying in my opinion, to make me do overtime, but done very subtly so that RM are covered. Anyway f*ck them, I'll see my contract out and begin my new job in June
