Question friends,who covers your managers day off ?. are they qualified to do so ?. This seems to be a question being asked all over, whatever happened to grade for grade cover. is the person covering a delivery support opg or a managerial grade ??.

In ours its a manager from another office . We have rest day cover managers,easiest job in Royal Mail.

When our lino is off the DOM wheels out a scarecrow dressed in an RM uniform into the middle of the floor. It's just as effective as the regular guy, as we ignore it as well.
