hi guys i have interview on monday for a postie between 10am-3pm but it says 3 month fixterm if i got the job would i be kept on after3 monthes? also could you tell me is the exeter office any good to work in? as the job startsat 10am does that mean i will take the left over that people cant take? cheers steve

most temp staff get their contracts renewed repeatedly unless they want rid of you because you're too slow or a multitude of other reasons!

Could be anything, maybe a bag carrier duty, a part-time walker on a p+l duty coming in after another fter does the prep and going out in a shared van, doing whatevers been cut-off that day, delivering a hct duty..

..or all of the above.

Ive been on a 3 month contract for 7 months now. of course no garuntees but they tend to from what ive heard/read.
