P&L where does the 1 mile start from

There has been rumblings in my office as we are going into a revision and some duties will be park n loop

If a delivery point start is within 1 mile of the office but the end of the delivery ( 5 roads are outside of the 1 mile zone would these roads be classed as going P&L ?

If your starting point is within 1 mile from your office then you can expect it will be HCT, we have a few and these are pushed out the office gates to starting point because............there are no vans big enough to take these nanny mcphee prams out to the start but whole point is to reduce vans and waiting time at office so you look a right dude pushing it to your start

Exactly, just do the job as per spec agreed, any excess is not your problem (unless you really do want the o/t).
