Way Forward Repick Criteria

Post by ElvisGaddafi »

Hi. I know everything's about P & L these days but can somebody give me a link to Repick Criteria in the original Way Forward agreement? Thanks.

Some advice needed.

"For a re-selection exercise to be considered the extent of such a change must be that it has a significant
impact (in content and/or attendance times) on over 1/3 of the jobs in the unit. (New jobs should be included
in this number)."

If over 1/3 of the duties in an office are not signed for, due to dismissals, redundancies, natural wastage etc, would this be enough to trigger a repick under this agreement?

They should go up for signing, having vacant duties does not trigger a repick/resign.

Way forward states when the office has 5% of vacant duties available then they can go up for signing,or if a duty has been vacant for 6 months.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
