Strange from a guy who posted this...
ok so i am off "sick" at the minute with a broken finger. doc give me a sick line for 2 weeks (to be reviewed after that). atos phoned the other day said they recomended that i am fit to work!!!!!!! Phoned work next day told them i would not be in, They said that my pay would be stopped because i was going against the atos recomendations. I said i go by what my gp says.

Could they really do this....ie force you back to work.
Maybe we all should have laughed at his broken finger?

He's also said he is a health and safety rep. :roll: :roll:

I worked with a guy who didn't do any indoor work because of his mental health issue i.e. a disability covered under the DDA and now the Equality Act, so what's the problem here?
Does this rag smell of chloroform to you?

:sad: Yes, we had an aspergers sufferer, he was excused IPS sorting, as he really couldn't tolerate working too closely with others.Nice chap.
