Is RM tripping over itself constantly??

I've been scanning through a lot of threads and all i can see is the loopholes RM is imposing yet, they are contradicting themselves such as the P&L cause more havoc than ever - many cutting off or OT ...usage of trolleys same result if not just causing general problems - apparantly its mandatory yet it says no usage snow...I'm just like WTF!

Think about it logically!

Carrying several 11-16 kilo pouches every day for the rest of your working life will likely cause you damage. Occasionally carrying 5-8 kilo pouches during severe weather is unlikely to.

But it could be arguable that if the postmen/women were concern over their body - they would do that anyway...no???
