Amazes me that the answers people really want are always to be discussed in "future talks" with these charlatans.

I am getting more and more concerned that the people that are in these talks, and the ones advising them, have never experienced working in their relevant functions recently. Yes they may understand the issues, they may indeed be talking to and briefing the people affected, they may even know more about the actual matters than ordinary postal workers, however I still firmly believe that only experience teaches and everything else informs. If you want to understand a job deeply, you have to do it. I certainly have a lot of respect for my ADR as he regularly does deliveries when he can fit it in.

There would need to be a signifcant shift of mbrs from CWU to a alternative and then the alternative union will have to try and secure recognition and collective bargaining rights.
