Hi
Can anyone tell me how much notice I'd need to give? I've had a search around for my original contract but seem to have lost it. I'm 32.5 hours, permanent and have done 11 years service... spent the last few of them thinking it can't get any worse but RM consistently prove me wrong... Cheers

As a rule most that leave seem to put on weight However your right on the second count as all seem more relaxed and happier about life.

slowly creeping up in weight. Only because I haven't found a new form of exercise to replace the stroll around I use to do!

But I did live on Mars bars, Bananas and high energy drinks, plus the cocktail of painkillers. Now I have meals at a time I want
