DIM Trying Bullying Tactics

I'm used to it from Lino but it's very rare that the DIM has gotten involved. He did today. Basically i won't do overtime. He told me that since I was down 40 minutes on Tuesday that I owed them that. I called bullshit. He claimed the flexibility agreement meant I had to do 30 mins OT a day. Again I called bullshit. Expecting more of the same tomorrow. Anyone anything I could print out and wave in his smarmy face?

the 30 minute flex is voluntary and not compulsory

Go into downloads. There are plenty of documents covering the flexibility agreement which is part of Pay & Mod Agreement 2007 which you can print out.

God ,We dont have any of this sh1t in our office. Our gaffer is a top bloke. If we finish early he says good for us. If we need to get off early he helps us out. Surely its like that in some other offices?

Ours didn't. They were purely for health and safety stuff and showed the DPs and any info relating to them. The P318s were removed.

ime a bit old fashioned thats why i call the walk logs 318 but you must have them on your frame with the WRAP DATA

that is a condition on any office prior to implementation of a revision. it has to have the SAC 3 data which has to have been signed off by the safety director

if you do not have this the revision cant be implemented

Our P318s used to detail what time you went onto IPS, what time you were due out etc and were removed from our walk logs. I should know, I put together all the walk logs! That information was removed as it was operational needs I guess. You did what was required on the day to get the job done within reasonable request. I asked about putting the P318s into the walk logs and were told they weren't used any more.
