3 Month Contract Expired

I'm on a fixed-term 3 month contract, which has expired and I'm not willing to extend it.

I spoke to my DOM and he knows about it, so the previous week was my last week of employment and since Monday this week I've been off work.

Today I've received a letter from HR saying that they're pleased to extend my contract?

Basically, if I want to extend it, then I have to sign a copy and send it back, but since I don't, then should I just ignore the letter or do I have to do something else?

To be on the safe side, I'd write a letter stating you don't wish to extend it and give a date of termination of employment.
