1 min prep test

Refusing to absorb got me a 1 min prep test. any guidance would be great. Thanks

Prep twenty four non-sequenced items, (letters not flats), into an empty RM2000 frame in your one minute time frame. You're supposed to do twenty five but if you stop at twenty four then the Managers will have to go to the trouble of allocating/resourcing time for the work place coach to help you to 'make the expected grade' for a future test. Also make sure that they let you know that you're being timed prior to the actual test because they are required to do so.

I would stop at 23 allowing for graduated improvement.
You don't want to make it too easy for them Himmaggen.
on a more serious note it's a cheap attempt at intimidation.
Don't be intimidated,ask for the reason for the test in writing.
What grounds do they have for suggesting that you are underperforming?
If all they have is a refusal to lapse that isn't good enough.

just a sugestion

they tried this at my office as soon as the planners arrived

i stated that if you are going to do a prep test then everybody in the office gets one at the same time, not an indavidual or i would class it as b & h

it was dropped like a stone and my office is still waiting on these prep tests

During the busy pre, post, Christmas period?
They are taking the pish out of you, plain and simple.
I fall on my knees and thank God that I can't even do lapsing in the summer, never mind any other time of the year.
