Indoor changes – such as lean layouts and new equipment – are taking place in 71 units.

Outdoor changes are under way in seven.

Together with revisions already deployed, 386 delivery offices have either started or finished their modernisation journey.

Some 37 units are delivering year-on-year cost reductions averaging 13.3%.

I wonder how many of the 37 are simply down to mergers and closures.
It's the only way i can think of to make those kinds of savings.

That reminds me of a Honda advert, which said, "6 out of 10 Honda owners bought another Honda" and I immediately thought why didn't the other 4.
So my question is why aren't the other 90% of offices making a similar saving or any saving and after nearly 2 years how come it's only 400 +/- offices that have gone into revision, some of which are presumably the self starter no revision at all variety.

And given that they are clearly targeting the offices where they believe savings are possible, the whole thing is a bigger f**k-up than anyone can possibly imagine.
The "science" is deeply flawed.
The planners are next to useless.
Someone has to tell The Emperor............
