Its an LTB from Jan 2011 - about 6 being the maximum at that time, but the Union addressing issues being raised because of carry overs. Basically they condoned 7 and even 8 D2Ds and suggested support for growth ambitions in D2Ds.

Therefor no cap any longer, but the DOM must show demonstrable solutions to weight problems, and more time must be given to prepping them.

Don't know bout other offices but if the 30% of idiots who throw them all in before their starting time on a Monday at our place did them properly we might have a chance of getting extra prep time for them.

It does seem difficult for people to get this into their heads, we only have a set number of hours and if we can't get the work done in that time then it's up to the DOM to sort it out.

Each D2D I do is 130 per day so if I have 6 then that's an extra 780 pieces of mail for just one day and all the extra time I need to cover those extra

What pisses me off is when the DOM decides hes trying to be clever and gets someone on light duties to throw households into my frame ready for the next morning.
When you have doubles on your frame rather than it being a help its more of a hinderance

If I was a) still a postie and b) getting paid £30k then I'd worry about where I was going to find the extra time to get that mail delivered. However, even when "a)" applied, "b)" didn't so "c) not for me to sort out" came into effect lol
