they ask for volunteers to help the management"pillars" the best thing to do is not volunteer cos they will use it a a big stick to hit you with.

I understand the unions stance is non co operation from all members regards anything to do with this ridiculous WCM, until the many outstanding issues are addressed by RM, there was a pamphlet in this months voice on the subject...
