my sister applied for xmas casual directly at royalmail.com but they never sent request for interview even though she got email notification that her app has been successfully submitted. again she applied thru an agency advert placed on jobcentreplus ; this time she was invited foor interview.
is it just a coinidence or somethin is dodgy.

Angard are doing the casuals side of RM now, but it looks like some parts are not coping with the numbers.
