is there any office doing 5 weeks working then one week off on new deal,if so does it work ok

yes its great a day off a week is crap the weeks of can be worke as ot or just add your holls next to them and have two weeks at a time off 5 or 6 times a year i love it

so is working six days a week thats crap thats why i had to get off them :nana

Suits some..doesn't suit others.
Half my office has been on the week off scheme since SDD in 2003.
When the rest were stuck on 1in6 Sat it was the better scheme but now with other attendance patterns and a guaranteed 1in4 Saturday off it's 50/50 which is best. :neutral:
