Slightly off topic but here is something (else) I don't understand.
You are out in the rain. You have your cagoule on.
The rain stops and the sun comes out. The cagoule is handy because it can roll up small and go in your bag until the next shower.
But it is wet. How do you put a wet cagoule in your bag without it wetting the mail?

Tied round the bag handle (I don't like this idea but I'm not sure why not yet) or rolled up in the bag, how does it dry out before you have to put it back on.
Either way surely risks wetting the inside of the cagoule. (which is substandard anyway)
