Transformation Lump sums - associated with either a delivery methods revision (£200) or a walk-sequenced revision. (£800 split 600/200). Pro rata on hours worked etc.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

I got this today, £152 (30 Hour contract). Though I'm not entirely sure I SHOULD have done, since the new delivery methods were already in use when I joined..? Not complaining but I don't want a letter in a few weeks saying I owe them money...
