Part time 32 hours question

I am on a 32 hour contract which before the Park and Loop fiasco I worked 4 days a week 8 hours a day.
When Park and Loop started they said I would come in 5 days a week with 6 1/2 hours a day (tuesday 1/2 hour less) for 32 hours.
Wasnt very happy about it as it meant I came in an extra day for no extra money.
We are supposed to start at 7.30 am but since Park and Loop all the parttimers were told to come in 1 1/2 hours early every day to help with sorting during the transition.
This was 6 months ago and we are still coming in early as its still not working .
Even with the parttimers coming in early all the pairs still cannot finish on time with cut offs and O/T.
Surely if Parttimers are working 40 hours a week they might as well make us up to fulltime.
Would be funny if all the parttimers said B*LLOCKS we are all starting at 7.30am the office would grind to a halt

Would be nice but if they make you full time they would have to give you full time hours when on holiday or off sick. When work is light they would still have to pay you full time hours even if you finish early.

It's shitty, it really is but it's probably the only one of thier cost cutting measures that actually cuts costs and I can't see them letting go of it unfortunately!

Park & Loopy and all thier other daft plans have cost RM a fortune and they won't drop them so why would they drop the one that works even if it's unfair?!
