doortodoordelivery.co.uk ruining us?

Lately for the last few weeks, i never seen so many people working for doortodoordelivery company in Edinburgh. But what piss me off is that their employers do almost look like us!! Red top, and a red pouch bag, maybe sometime a blue bag(which look like royal mail bag anyway). I have seen some customers do mistaken them for a postman when they really are not! Also they don't really post leaflets complete through the letterbox, but just leaving them halfway throough letterbox where everyone can see them from outside, what's up with that?! >< some customers are not happy with that..! obviously i have to push them through when i approach the doors =/ It's like an alert for burglars, not nice...

I don't want to question them saying WHY WHY do you look same as me! when they have few employers together like a gangster :P

I hope they changed their uniform for RM's sake!

Any1 feel annoyed about it? Was curious if they really are allow to wear red tops? it's like Door2doors company are trying to be sneaky to avoid people telling them to stop posting crap.

I have always been led to believe that they don't have a license to put the mail through the letter box. We do.
They deliberately leave the mail half in half out. They have to.

Might seem daft, but could RM set up another small company to deliver Door2Door and take the weight off our backs to concentrate on mail/packets.
New RM delivery company as a trial run maybe??????????

all we need to do is get one of every leaflet that d2d.co.uk deliver and undercut them by getting in contact with the senders company

but in reality all posties would be happy if they delivered all of our own d2d's everyweek :) ( said very firmly tounge in cheek )

It was one of the things they allegedly looked into/threatened before agreeing to move D2D into workload.
It's not really smart on our part to wish away work though...no matter how much we don't like doing it.

Cavalier look more like roundheads, but the brothermagrew will say this an untrained operator of a forklift can be as dangerous as an unlicensed operator of a motor vehicle.
