Hello all,

I am due to start working for the royal mail as a postman with driving. Can i ask if it is weekly or monthly pay?

Moved to blue shirts forum,welcome,and it's weekly paid.
Any overtime you do is a week behind though.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

That's a good point! If they forget to provide your training (it happens!) and you get injured, you'll be held responsible (even if it's a faulty jack for example) for not being trained to perform that task. I know it sounds stupid, that you should have training to change a tyre. But that's RM for you. :crazy:
