Mistakes on sick record

I had the usual letter inviting me to a stage 1 interview today,which i had not expected.When I checked the print out of my sick history,there was an absence that I never had and another with wrong reason and the wrong amount of days off.Needless to say this stage 1 will be not issued,but what an absolute joke that they even get this wrong.

Not funny--but they do make mistakes, an OPg I know received qualifications for mamagerial courses he hadn't attented!

I think the doms have got there wires crossed. I asked the dom if he could remove those details, as they are not mine, he just shrugged and said what's done is done.

I know a fair degree of stupidity is required but i didn't think a certificate came with it.

If that was my manager I'd be taking it further. We have a duty under the Data Protection Act to ensure that all records are correct. These things are taken very seriously by RM. It's a 15 second job for him to correct it.

Take it further because your manager may get PROMOTION!!!!!

I am currently having my absence record corrected, five discrepancies dating back to 2009, four for incorrect reasons and one absence that never occurred. According to HR all mistakes CAN and MUST be corrected.

Stage will still be issued unfortunately ! Even with errors etc. What HR have said to me previously is only on stage 3 is this information reviewed and can this be appealed.
My record had many innacuracies and only at stage 3 could I raise these issues ! At this point it was revoked and reset back to zero ! If your sure its correct play the system !

I had used up all my holiday when i transferd to another office but the manager came round and told me i still had 4 weeks to take, so i did,who was i to argue.for months i wasnt paid my household money and i never noticed,it was paid into a workmates account with a name similar to mine and he never said a word.
