If I report to my office at scheduled start time, and then sent to another office, what extra pay or allowances should I be getting?

taxi door to door, and you finish at your office at your finishing time, not their office, hope this helps.

By taxi he means that RM have to provide the means of transport, be that bus/train fare, mileage allowance or official transport.

100% correct on finishing at your office on time and again they must provide the means of transport.

they will drive you to that office and pick you up or give you bus fare, if you go over your time, just book it.
or due to the inconvenience you will be doing less work.

They will say things like "wouldn't it be easier for you if you just went directly to the other office?" and "Won't it be easier for you to go straight home?" and "We're really struggling for vans..could you just take your car...just this once...honest?".

Try not to laugh too much when you tell them to shove it. :neutral:
