I am about to do a job share with a collegue one working 3 days one 2 days how does it work so that we dont have same days off each week.

If the floater does the sixth rotating day surely you have to work it out between the two of you which three days one does and which two days the other does. :Very Happy
I would volunteer to work Mondays and Tuesdays. :nana

i do a job share 3 days a week 24 hours

best way we have found is1st week thurs fri sat 2nd week mon tu weds off till the thurs after week on week of in a way

Same as Venom. If you work your annual holidays out right yo get nearly 3 weeks off for a fortnights hols.

So it's basically 6 days on with the Sunday off midway, then 7 days off including the Sunday? So pretty much a week on, as week off? Sounds good to me.
