phone texts when ill

Been off with a virus for a few days and I have had 4 text messages from DOM asking for me to come in tomorrow as they cant cover my duty.
I had told him yesterday and this morning I had a virus, Only noticed when I turned my mobile on tonight as I turned it off yesterday to stop the alarm
Would you call it bullying and should I tell him its not my fault you cant cover the duty?

My old DOM was forever doing this. I'd be asleep then I'd get a text at 6.15 am asking me to come in 2 hours early at 7.00am. When I would get back off holiday there would be texts on my phone.

My new DOM either has more sense (unlikely) or just hasn't figured out how to find my phone number on the system (likely).

12 bundles of letters plus packets usually 2 big bags( use a l/w trolley)
you have to ring the driver when you want your next loop

Its bad though

I was off for 3 days a few weeks back with a sickness virus and felt totally crap. If you stuck a £50 note on a tree outside my house i would not have been well enough to take it. Why cant they just leave people alone when they are sick

Mobile phones are the Devil's instruments.
My Dork/DimDom will never, I repeat, never, get my mobile number, as I am one of very few Britons not to own one.
So, RM can stick that up their park 'n' poop, or whatever damn fool name they call their latest bit of nonsense.

funny thing is that I havent had one day of sickness in 2 and a half years.
If he rings again with the "I cant cover it" routine I will ask the DOM what round the 2 managers are doing
