Can they ask you in after 2 or 3 days for interview,to see how you are! or do they need to wait a week, or is there no rules on this, im seein guys hauled in after couple of days off!

are managers quailifed doctors ?. they have no right to harass you at home
when being ill put in a formal dissagreement against your manager.
when your manager goes sick every day one postman/postwomen should ring them
and ask how he is.

This is part of their "contact strategy". They can ask you in, if you aren't well enough - don't go.

Following day over here, you get the special asking you in for an interview on the day you phone in

I thought that was standard practice (or maybe that just over here).
