3 month contract

been with glorious royal mafia ..for 3 and half years ...handed my notice 6 months ago due to getting hassle from an acting manager .but was asked if i would change my mind on the last day ..which i did .was put on 3 month contract .replacing the permanant contract i had been on .got my first contract to sign 3 months later bringing me up to the 25th sept ..just found out my 2 weeks annual due on the 3rd oct has been changed to 3rd dec and one day wiped of it .been waiting 6 months for it .and i also suspect ..days in lieu i have been owed going back nearly a year have been wiped or altered ..no records of them ..i asked 2 managers many times about them .to no avail ..do it later do it later... only the current manager had the grace to actually do anything .these new findings have really made me think ..how much i can take of this mafia illuminati trying to con and rip me off ...now as my contract in theory is up tomorrow and i have not received another ..could i just say byeee at anytime or would i still have to work my notice ..plus if contract time has expired ..are there any implications ..if we keep on working while not under a signed contract .ie insurance etc.as i know others at the office have not received there contract .which was due

Firstly,have you been on a temp contract for 4 years? You're entitled to a permanent one now!

Royal Mail has agreed that individuals who, at 24th June 2010 had been in employment for more than 2 years and whose fixed term contract had expired will be offered a permanent contract. Conversions to permanent contracts will be phased in, starting in those offices where revisions are imminent.
