Application for job through website, wont say SUBMITTED

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone could help, I have recently completed the online application for a job with Royal Mail as a Postman. I have completed all my details correctly and the two tests, however the status of my application will not say SUBMITTED, it simply says TEST FINISHED:

Candidate: Richard Wood
Last application: Postman/Woman with Driving - Calderway
Status: TEST FINISHED

I would really like the job as I have been unemployed for some time now and I enjoyed working as a Postman for the same depot in the past. Please could someone advise me as to whether my application has gone through, or who I could contact. On the contacts page it says to refer to the FAQ's but my query is not there. My son just tried to apply for a x-mas job on-line but when he gets to the work history, it says he has to have a 14 day gap, other wise it won't let him continue. I phoned personnel and they told us to refer to the FAQ's on the website, but of course there is nothing of relevance. Any ideas?

I thought it says there should be no more than 14 days unnaccounted for. Maybe I am wrong.

You have to account for every gap if more than 14 days, so if you were off for a month you have to put this into it.

So should is say compleat or test finished and how long be for u hear if u have the job. Do u get to know if u don't get the job
