Anyone else going loopy, killing off said mail for their duties as "gone away" or "no such address," only for the very same addresses to come with the next batch a few weeks later?

What is the point of having a return address if the database is never updated?

Then there is the issue of why when others prep your duty, they throw thes bogus addressed items into the frame, instead of killing them off!

I'm talking about the likes of Virgin Media, Viking etc. On the positive, it is easy duty time filling, but still...

just put the write the flat or door number on it as you prep it ,saves you trying to rip open to see it

If they are the ones that dissapear to the side just turn the letter through 180degrees when prepping, then the address will tend to move into the window rather than out of it when bundled up.

For the ones that cut off at the top just have to keep a fingernail sharp,i hate them!!

Virgin media are the worst they must have the biggest advertising budget in the country.

Last week I was delivering, one mailshot letter, one mailshot flat and one leaflet from virgin media to some adresses!
