After going through our transition we are now nearly 12 months into park n loop, the problem is we havn't had our final £200 which i believe should have been paid 6 weeks after implementing p & l, after confronting our dom on several occasions he finaly gave an answer and said we must go through another mini revision to recieve this money, also after finaly catching up with our union rep he came up with same reply, does anyone have any thought on this

Transformation Lump Sum Payments and Shorter Working Week
Delivery
Applicable to all Delivery Units including SPDO’s.
Lump Sums
The payment of £1,000 (pro rata for part time employees) consisting of 3 lump sums will be paid as follows.
£200 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit on deployment of their first non walk sequencing revision.
£600 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit on deployment of the walk sequencing revision.
£200 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit when the Walk Sequencing revision has been implemented, and objectives achieved in line with the local agreement and no later than the end of the 6 week bedding in period.
SPDOs
All SPDOs will receive the £600 and £200 payments in line with their parent delivery unit.
Shorter Working Week
To be implemented in all Delivery Units in line with the Walk Sequencing revision.

blah blah blah we had a revision before the agreement (full Pegasus revision) and because of that we won't be getting another one (because they've hours to put in) so we won't be getting any money nor will we get a shorter working week.

The agreement was a bad one but I suppose Billy got to feel important and people got a few pounds (some got more than others).......great way to have a workforce, split, de-moralised, angry.

postman, what was agreed and what has been paid out are two completely different things....... the agreement should give out the LUMP SUMS when the changes are made....... BUT THE AGREEMENT HAS BEEN IMPLIMENTED BUT ROYAL MAIL ARE NOT PAYING THE LUMP SUMS......... we are still wating for our £200.... the agreement was implimented and the changes brought in... but still no payment....... looks like royal mail are making the changes to delivery, but not paying the money to the changes....... what a joke........

Forced in through EA, we went on strike because if it (CWU were their usual useless selves), still ended up as a disaster.

Postman, do know if the £600 walk sequence money is dependant on a percentage of mail coming in sequenced. We being told its not paid till 100% of mail is sequenced, which i thinks wrong and doubt we'll ever get 100% sequenced. Any ideas?

Its has nothing at all to do with the % that is sequenced.

You get the £600 and £200 when you have had a revision that incorporates the Walk Sequencing - in effect when you realign the indoor hours and make a saving. You could be getting 10% or 100% sequenced the amount as I say does not matter.

The only reason I can think off, for why you have not recieved your £200 is that the objectives have not been achieved. Royal Mail's objectives are for you to achieve 100BSI and reps are signing off phase 1 and 2 without asking for clarification on Royal Mail's objectives.
