Notice Period For Change Of Hours?

Ok chaps, just a quick question here. I saw a discussion on this before but it was never really cleared up. Basically the managers want to change our saturday start times as early as next week, can they do this at such short notice or is there a notice period they have to give us?

The IR framework allows for unagreed change after 28 days if a solution cannot be found.
It's called change by Executive Action.

The IR framework also allows us redress after 28 days if unagreed change is imposed.
It's called Industrial Action.

If it's not part of a revision and you guys don't want to change I would say bollox to them.

Yep, I expected it eventually but want to make it as difficult as possible and delay it for as long as possible because they think they can just say "oh by the way this saturday we start an hour later" that don't wash with me, many of us have plans for the next few saturdays.
