holidays for 15 years service
Hi everyone,i'm coming up to 15 years service as a postie so could someone please comfirm if i get more holidays for 15 years service and how much i get, cause i bloody deserve it, lasting this long

i have been with royal mail for 15 years in june just gone. i have 4 1/2 weeks per year but purchase a week and a half to make it up to 6 weeks per year in total,should i be getting more annual leave,we dont have a union rep in our office,we get told nothing.if anyone knows please let me know.fishtank wrote:5 weeks 1 day.

You won't get more leave...6 weeks is the max.
You will just pay less for your purchased leave because your only buying 4 days now instead of 6 and a half.

Seems they should add one for 10 years.... 24.5 days would seem fair!
