Just a quickie, when is everyone allowed to book holidays for the following year...just spoke to my manager about being offered a holiday for the 1st wk in the new tax yr and he said that our new holiday schedule doesnt come out till mid to late oct so cant do anything.

all days for next year should be booked by 29th of this month it says on the sheets we got last week

they make it up as they go along, our holiday pick wasn';t even halfway done in May this year, the year already having started 2 months previous, despite the manager's promises that he'd get it sorted the previous Oct....
To your q, I think Oct is the time they try to do it....
But your holidays, your time off, the time you might need to spend with your kids off school etc, they don't give a flying fck.....

surley everyone should do it at the same time, im missing out on a half price holiday nx yr because of this.
