The south west revision went in on aug1st, now it appears theres a problem with paying out our £600. Nobody knows if its been signed off correctly, and nobody appears to want to take responsibility for it. Doms on holiday, union mans on holiday, area managers unavailable, just a stream of constant rubbish we're told. Mails being cleared every day we're doing our bit, unfortunatley managment take the piss out of us yet again!!

We were told it takes 3 weeks from it being signed off to actually getting the money. If the revision is done properly it should all be signed off before the revision goes in so you get the payment at the same time as the revision goes live. This is what we were told anyway. 32 weeks since our revision and still no payment

We got ours a week earlier than we expected. Mind you rumours are that the bean counters were not going to sign it off as we had not saved enough hours. The Management and Union got together and argued that the savings were meant to be over the whole agreement and when P&L comes in we could make more savings (allegedly). Revision went ahead and £600 was paid - now due £200 fairly shortly.

What If I don't get any bonus this year. No bonus, No Colleagueshares and no 600 pounds revision money due to no space for vans sharing, so that is about 1,400 shortfall :(

Would'nt these "Measured Objectives" have been set before
Moya the destroyer took up the job and if so why does she
get the amount she received, they tell us "people are our
biggest cost".....seems to me it depends on what level they
are talking about,and if the payment is proportionate what
would the "AWARD" have amounted to in full.
