Calling the phone number on a Tracked item
I get Tracked items that occassionally have a 'please call 07.... if no answer' etc. I never call, if there's no answer at the door I leave a 739. I don't see why I should use my own phone for RM business, plus I don't want some stranger having my number. What is RM policy on this?
I staged a Roger Moore impersonator festival in my local village. There were a lot of eyebrows raised, I can tell you.

When tracked items first started, the managers in our office used to phone the number to inform the customer that the tracked item would be delivered.
They also would ask where the item could be left if they were not going to be in. This doesnt happen in our office anymore as there are too many tracked
and not enough time to phone every customer.

I've had these,never called them,never will.
