Do you mean Sorting test for Inward Primary Sorting or just for throwing up you walk?
IPS you are required to do 36 letters in a minute, or 28 flats or 18 packets.
I'm not sure what the time and number required for the prep test i think it's 25 letters per minute.

If you're any good it's easy, if you're not then it will highlight the fact and you will be coached to improve, concentrate and you'll be fine :)

Its always a worry when you start and get tested. Its better to go steady and watch for missorts than go mental and make a load of mistakes. If you fail it (and a few do on the first attempt) then you get more practice and another go
