Christ knows what I have done to deserve the week I have had. First I misdeliver a special, then as I'm tying down today I notice a SD letter in my bag that I p739'd for a post office and forgot to put in along with the other ones from the previous day.

So I scan it into the depot as available for collectionand the guy phones up and asks where it is. So he agrees to come to the depot and pick it up. So now the issue I am worried about Is that this SD was unscanned in the depot for the whole night. So I assume that this will flag up as a issue. So that's two issues this week with specials. The funny thing is that in my years of working for RM I've never really made any mistakes. But I sure I will get my ear bitten of to say the least.

Things like this happen. Perhaps you have a lot on your mind or are rushing too much

As long as none of those specials are lost i can only see a wrap on the knuckles if anything at all.

I'm always getting pulled up on not confirming my specials by 2pm which is the same thing as what's happened to you. It may flag up, just say you got back to the office late and had no credit on your mobile to phone it in or something.
