revision question

i am currently on a 36 hr contract ,in our so called new revision supposed to be starting soon my start time has gone from 0600 hrs to 0700 hrs,yet a collegue of mine who works 34 hrs his start time is 0600,this has got to be wrong,my dom knows i have children to pick up and to be honest he is being a total p*ick,shall i contact my union rep,surely start times are based on contracted hours. full timers in first then smaller part time duties ie 20 hrs will be in to the office last.

Start times will be based on duties not hours you may have 2x30hr posties doing 3 day weeks.

In my office it depends on which area you are delivering to town,rural and firms start earliest and some are full time, p/t and 20 hour contracts the rest are split into two with the latest getting their last tray of mail at 9 30 approx as a full time l/r i can start anywhere from 4am to 8am you should put in for family friendly hours before the re-sign then you might get an earlier start good luck
