Is walk sequencing working well???

We've had walk sequencing for coming up to 2 years soon. Basically, your mech will arrive walk-sequenced, that's all!

No less IPS than before, whatever yarn they spin you.

I am only talking from experience but in my office the sorting takes longer and on the last batch there are many more missorts than there used to be. It saves time on the frame but again in my experience it adds to the primary.

It's not often i disagree with you teebs but WS has cut our primary sorting down considerably.
Of course this just means that more people are robbed from IPS to prep part-time shifts so you don't actually get off any quicker.

Don't get me started on buddy flat trays though....

We started receiving walk-sequencing mail on the 1st June, get about 2-3 trays and a lot more to sort on IPS. Were told we would get our £600 4 weeks later, now we're told we've got to save 55 hours indoor work. What a load of bollox.

We've had it awhile now i tend to get 3-4 trays a day does make prepping frames easier we got the £600 couple weeks back

it is faster they say it saves you 30mins but i think 15 is more like it...also some areas recieving walk sequenced male have been well and truly shafted when it breaks down

We have had walk sequenced mech for over a year now. !st tray only. The 2nd/3rd comes all mixed up. Ridiculous!
